Sri Someshwara Temple
Gudipalli village is about 15kms from Mulubagilu town. The temple complex consists of separate Vinayaka, Paarvati and Someshwara temples. The temple was built during the period of Immadi Devaraya of Vijayanagara kingdom in 13th century AD. During restoration work the dilapidated temple was completely dismantled and reconstructed. New stone mantapa was built in front of Paarvati temple. Suitable Shikara was built and prakara was constructed around the temple for protection. The restoration work took place during 2009-10. After restoration of the temple, the daily pooja is being performed and the complex looks so beautiful.
