Sri Veerabhadra Temple

 Bangadi village is at a distance of 12kms from Belthangadi town. Sri Veerabhadra Temple is a small and beautiful temple dated back to 1206 AD, was built during the Bangarasa dynasty. During restoration work all the stone members were dismantled, old stones were cleaned and reconstructed after strengthening the adhisthana. Flooring inside and outside pradakshinapatha of the temple was laid with stone slabs. Prakara was constructed around the temple for protection. The restoration work of the temple was carried out during 2010-11. After the restoration work, daily pooja is now being performed in this temple.
